  1. To be pretty, you must strive to be healthy. Never try to be on a diet. Correct eating habits is a lifestyle. Once you acquire the right lifestyle, eating healthy comes naturally. Try to have a good breakfast, a medium lunch and a small dinner. Try never to eat before going to sleep, and try to eat at least 2 hours before your bedtime. As a habit, you should eat dinner as early as possible.
  2. Stress is the biggest health problem today. Once a week, treat yourself to a slightly warm bath with sea salt. Pamper yourself; light candles and play some pleasant music to help you relax. Have a cup of decaffeinated organic green tea with honey. As you have time, try to take at least a 15 minute walk every evening; the fresh air will clear your mind. Stretch your body as often as you can. Tension builds with tightness, and stretching empties the stress from your body.
  3. You don’t have to spend a lot of money to take care of your skin at home. Some items you probably have in your fridge right now can be used to make what I call my “refrigerator masks” One item that you will probably have to buy is Organic Oatmeal Flour which is the base for all the masks.

    “General” mask for dry, normal and combination skin.

    Mix in medium bowl…
    1 tsp. Organic Oatmeal Flour
    1 egg yolk
    1 tsp. Olive Oil or Walnut Oil (which is higher in vitamin E)
    5-10 drops of Lemon Juice

    Apply for 15-20 minutes. Avoid eyes; apply to face, neck and upper chest.
    During mask, recommend Secrets of Sokolova Moisturizing Cream under eyes.
    Wash off with Water, using sponges. Realize that any mask containing eggs is difficult to wash off, but the results are worth it. After mask, recommend using cotton pads with Secrets of Sokolova Cleanser/Toner and then apply Secrets of Sokolova moisturizer. I really love this mask!

    “For oily skin” Use Secrets of Sokolova exfoliating mask as preparation

    Mix in medium bowl…

    1 egg white
    5-10 drops of Lemon Juice

    Apply for 15-20 minutes. Avoid eyes; apply to face, neck and upper chest.
    During mask, recommend Secrets of Sokolova Moisturizing Cream
    Wash off with Water, using sponges. After mask, recommend using cotton pads with Secrets of Sokolova Cleanser/Toner and then apply Secrets of Sokolova moisturizer.


    “Refreshing masks”

    Mix in medium bowl…
    1 tsp Organic Oatmeal Flour
    Combine with ground berries or cucumbers, most any fruit or vegetable
      But avoid things that would color skin (e.g. blackberries, carrots)

    Instead of fruit or berries, you can combine oatmeal with yogurt, milk or water for the same refreshing effect.
    As with all masks, apply for 15-20 minutes. Wash with water, using sponges.

    Try to use a mask twice a week.
